Refund Policy
Overview
We want you to be satisfied with our AI video generation service. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting them.
1. Credit Purchases
Credits are generally non-refundable once purchased. However, we may issue refunds in the following circumstances:
- Technical errors preventing credit usage within 30 days of purchase
- Duplicate purchases made in error
- Unauthorized purchases (must be reported within 7 days)
- Service discontinuation without prior notice
2. Failed Generations
If a video generation fails due to technical issues on our end, credits will be automatically refunded to your account. This includes:
- Server errors during processing
- API failures from our video generation providers
- System timeouts not caused by user input
Note: Credits will not be refunded for generations that complete successfully but don't meet your creative expectations.
3. Subscription Plans
For subscription plans (when available):
- Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the billing period
- Annual subscriptions may be eligible for pro-rated refunds within 14 days of purchase
- No refunds for partial monthly periods
- Unused credits from subscription plans do not carry over
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team at hej@aivideogenerator.dk
- Include your account email and transaction ID
- Describe the issue and reason for the refund request
- Provide any relevant screenshots or error messages
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
5. Processing Time
Once a refund is approved:
- Credit refunds are instant and added back to your account
- Monetary refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds appear on your statement within 5-10 business days depending on your bank
6. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Credits used for successful video generations
- Violations of our Terms of Service or content guidelines
- Account suspensions due to misuse
- Changes in personal circumstances or preferences
- Credits purchased more than 90 days ago
7. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with our refund decision, you may appeal by providing additional information. We reserve the right to make final decisions on all refund requests. For payment disputes, you may also contact your payment provider directly.
8. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
